Jeep Jam is a large gathering of Jeep enthusiasts for a Jeep Show, Vendors, Food, Music, Trail Rides and a Jeep Parade that benefits veterans through Peterson Outdoor Ministries. Registration for Jeep Jam begins on June 22nd. The first 150 to register will receive a swag bag.
This will be the Joplin Jeep Junkies 3rd year to attend Jeep Jam. We have had a big turn-out in past years, and it is so fun to get to hang out with fellow club members as well as many other Jeepers for the weekend! The Jeep Show, Vendors & a Jeep Parade take place on Saturday, September 16th. Jeep Jam also offers trail rides, but you must register separately for trail rides when you register for the event on their website.
You can drive down for a full day of Jeep fun on Saturday, or you can stay overnight. Many of our members are staying at the Eureka Springs Heritage Motel on Friday, Sept 15th and Saturday, Sept 16th nights – but there are only a few rooms remaining so if you want to stay there you should book as soon as possible. The motel is offering Joplin Jeep Junkies a discount if we book before the end of June. If you decide to stay the weekend, you are welcome to camp or stay anywhere near Eureka Springs, and can still come hang out with those staying at the Heritage Motel.
Make sure to bring your sunscreen, lawn chairs and an awning (if you have one) to protect you from the sun during the Jeep Show. If you want to decorate your Jeep for the parade, bring that with you as well (not required). If you have a radio, bring that along for communication – we will meet up at Heritage Motel and drive to the Jeep Show together so that we can get as many of our Joplin Jeep Junkies parked together as possible!
