Cottage One was built in the 1950s as a one-story, one-room, very small house. This was long before the term “tiny house” became popular. Cottage One, located at the end of a row of commercial motor court cottages, served as a private residence for some 40 years. In 1992, Cottage One was turned into tourist lodging.
