A integrative evening of Rhythmic Yoga – Drumming and Ecstatic Dance with a little Tribal Fusion thrown in.

This class has been created using a few modalities that bring one home to an inner Rhythm and awareness of self in a gentle creative way.
Join me in a journey of Drumming and Dance. Beginning with a simple flow movement warm up (Rhythmic Yoga) to get the creative juices flowing (and work out some cricks and cracks). Next choose a hip belt, veil, bells for your ankles and gypsy skirt and try out some Tribal Fusion moves (instructional time), short and sweet, find your hips and your smile. Transition to free style movement accompanied by drums, we play, you play, or just dance.
